These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of PMP Reasoning, an independent developer who can be reached at leoblueaf@yahoo.com. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use PMP Reasoning to study, on devices you own or control. That license lasts as long as you follow these terms.
The questions, explanations, mindset rules, glossary entries, and coaching content in this app are original work and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, export, scrape, screenshot in bulk, republish, sell, or share that content, and you may not use it to build or train a competing product or a machine learning model. Study with it as much as you like. Do not redistribute it.
You also may not reverse engineer the app, attempt to bypass the subscription, or use automated tools against it.
A limited number of questions are free so you can judge the app before paying. After that, full access requires a subscription.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and a quarterly term. The current price and term are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple Account is charged for the next term within 24 hours before the current one ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that point. Manage or cancel a subscription in your device Settings, under your Apple Account, in the Subscriptions section. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by the developer. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the term you are already in.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens on your account. Give an accurate email address, because it is the only way to recover access. One account is for one person. Accounts that are shared or resold may be closed.

It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Project Management Institute, Inc. References to PMI terminology are made for the purpose of describing the exam this app helps you prepare for.
This app is a study aid. It does not contain real exam questions and it cannot promise a passing score. Certification outcomes depend on your own preparation and on the exam as administered by the certifying body. Nothing in the app is professional, legal, or career advice.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Content is reviewed carefully but may contain errors, and features may change or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken, in particular the restrictions on copying and redistributing content.
This agreement is between you and the developer, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price if one applies; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
